Với mục tiêu đào tạo cho trẻ toàn diện về 3 khía cạnh “Trí tuệ – Tài năng”, “Kĩ năng – Nhân cách” và “Năng lượng – Cảm xúc”, nhà trường đã liên tục đưa ra và đổi mới các hoạt động đào tạo, giảng dạy, có thể kể tới:
1/ CHƯƠNG TRÌNH GIÁO DỤC QUỐC GIA TÍCH HỢP NÂNG CAO
– Toàn bộ các môn học của trường được đào tạo theo chương trình Giáo dục Quốc gia, tuy nhiên tích hợp 20% kiến thức, học phần nâng cao do nhà trường nghiên cứu.
– Luôn chú trọng đổi mới về phương pháp giảng dạy, liên tục thực hiện các tiết dạy chuyên đề, thao giảng, đào tạo chuyên môn nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả của từng tiết học.
– Xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác giáo dục toàn diện với trường Tiểu học, trường Liên cấp tại nước ngoài (trường Presbyterian Ladies’s College Sydney và Armidales, Úc) nhằm học hỏi, trao đổi kinh nghiệm và áp dụng kịp thời các phương pháp giảng dạy tiên tiến.
– Khuyến khích và tạo điều kiện cho học sinh tham gia các kì thi trong nước và quốc tế từ các môn học thuật (TOEFL Junior, IKMC, Violympic,…) cho tới thể thao (bơi lội, cờ vua,…).
2/ TĂNG CƯỜNG GIÁO DỤC TIẾNG ANH
– Chương trình giảng dạy chuẩn Cambridge được nghiên cứu và xây dựng bởi cô Ann Brown với 12 năm kinh nghiệm làm Hiệu trưởng trường Tiểu học tại Úc – hiện là Cố vấn chuyên môn kiêm Phó Hiệu trưởng nhà trường cùng đội ngũ giáo viên trong và ngoài nước giàu kinh nghiệm.
– Đội ngũ Giáo viên bản xứ giàu kinh nghiệm, được tuyển chọn và đào tạo bởi nhà trường đảm bảo chất lượng bài giảng. Số tiết tiếng Anh tăng cường với 8 tiết/ tuần cùng Câu lạc bộ Anh ngữ dành cho trẻ ngay từ lớp 1 giúp các con có môi trường rèn kỹ năng thường xuyên, liên tục.
3/ CHƯƠNG TRÌNH THỂ CHẤT & NGHỆ THUẬT THỰC TẾ
– Chương trình Thể chất của trường được cải tiến với các môn học mang tính ứng dụng cao như Bóng rổ, Bóng đá, Thể dục tự do theo phong cách Nhật Bản,…kết hợp cùng các trò chơi vận động sáng tạo từ Châu Âu giúp cho các con phát triển cả về thể chất cũng như phản xạ, tư duy.
– Chương trình Âm nhạc được thiết kế với định hướng phát triển khả năng cảm thụ âm nhạc cũng như kiến thức nhạc lý thực tế. Nhà trường đặt mục tiêu mỗi học sinh sau khi tốt nghiệp có thể chơi được thành thạo một loại nhạc vụ, và hiện tại là Sáo Recorder – loại sáo dọc đến từ phương Tây.
– Các tiết học Mỹ thuật cũng được đưa vào các hoạt động đa dạng như vẽ tranh, làm sản phẩm thủ công, tạo hình sáng tạo,…với các chủ đề gắn liền với đời sống, giúp học sinh phát huy tính sáng tạo một cách tốt nhất.
4/ CHƯƠNG TRÌNH PHÁT TRIỂN KỸ NĂNG SỐNG
– Đào tạo Kỹ năng sống thông qua các tiết học Kỹ năng sống giảng dạy hàng tuần, cùng với các hoạt động như làm việc nhóm, thuyết trình, sơ đồ tư duy (mind-map),…được đưa vào từng tiết học.
– Liên tục tổ chức các hoạt động giao lưu với các trường Tiểu học, THCS chất lượng cao như Tiểu học Nhật Bản tại Hà Nội, trường Liên cấp Việt – Úc (VAS Hanoi),… tạo cơ hội cho học sinh tăng cường giao tiếp, học hỏi và thể hiện bản thân.
– Hoạt động ngoại khóa, văn – thể – mỹ được tổ chức thường xuyên mang tới cơ hội cho từng học sinh được thể hiện năng khiếu, rèn luyện tính tự tin trước đám đông cũng như phát triển thể chất, nhân cách và tình yêu thương với nhà trường, thầy cô, bạn bè.
– Các hoạt động câu lạc bộ đa dạng từ Khoa học, Toán tiếng Anh, tiếng Anh,…tới Bóng rổ, Bóng đá, Làm phim hoạt hình, Tập làm MC,…sinh hoạt hàng tuần – tạo sân chơi cho học sinh phát triển đam mê, sở thích và kiến thức.
